Eudaimonia is the term Aristotle used to describe the highest human good: a life of flourishing. At Eudaimonic, the goal is simple: to provide personalized coaching to help you build towards eudaimonia through the skills and habits that help you thrive physically, mentally, and emotionally.

The well-being and mental health landscape has long been over-saturated with supposed quick fixes—prescription medications, supplements, and 1-month transformations—that fail to deliver on their promises. Why? Because their promises are advertising tactics, not evidence-based claims. True flourishing isn’t built through hacks, but through lifestyle modifications that make growth inevitable.

At Eudaimonic, I start from experience, evidence, and expertise to create comprehensive plans—including workouts, nutritional & supplement advice, and adherence tips—designed to drive physical and mental transformations without the embellishment.

I’ve devoted my life to learning about and practicing well-being. I’m informed by personal experience, degrees in psychology and philosophy, certifications in nutritional coaching and personal training, and expertise in the sciences of well-being and exercise. I’ve done the education and made the mistakes so that you don’t have to. Now my mission is to give you the plans and information I wish I had when I first started.

Within 24 hours of our consultation, you will receive a customized plan, membership in a like-minded community dedicated to well-being, and continued support and personalization via regular messages and check-ins.
